Estee Lauder Customers Cry Foul Over Anti-Aging Serum Ads

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A pair of beauty product users urged a California federal judge on Tuesday to certify a nationwide class of consumers who were allegedly tricked into purchasing an Estee Lauder Cos. Inc. anti-aging serum, arguing the company acted uniformly in its deceptive advertising.
