Atty May Fight Bill Seeking To Rein In Disability Access Suits

Law360, San Diego (September 5, 2012, 11:33 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles lawyer said Wednesday he may sue over legislation aiming to curb disability access suits against businesses in the state, claiming the measure improperly bars lawyers from sending prelitigation demands for money and could deter some companies from following construction requirements.
