Jiffy Lube Managers Lose Class Cert. Bid In OT Case

Law360, Los Angeles (September 5, 2012, 10:55 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday affirmed a trial court's ruling that denied certification of a class of Jiffy Lube International Inc. shop managers who claim they were shortchanged overtime pay because they were misclassified as exempt from the state's wage laws.
