Ex-Army Corps Worker Wants 3-Year Sentence In Bribery Case

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 8:32 PM EDT) -- An ex-U.S. Army Corps of Engineers program director who pled guilty to his role in a $20 million bribery and kickback scheme involving over $1 billion in government contracts asked a Washington federal judge Wednesday for a three-year sentence, citing his "extraordinary" help to prosecutors.
