Navy Sinks Enviro Challenge To $100M Undersea Warfare Range

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A Georgia federal judge on Thursday handed the U.S. Department of the Navy a quick win in an environmental challenge to a $100 million undersea warfare training range, finding the Navy had adequately analyzed the potential impact on endangered whales and other species.
