Chadbourne Attys Lose $2.8M Fee Bid In Real Estate Dispute

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied Chadbourne & Parke LLP's request for nearly $2.8 million in attorneys' fees for a dispute between a real estate developer and Suffolk County over access to an auction for 31 parcels of land, calling the amount “outrageously excessive.”
