Facebook Demands Copy Of Contract Giving Ceglia 50% Stake

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 4:35 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. on Friday asked a New York federal judge to compel the man who claims company founder Mark Zuckerberg signed a contract giving him a 50 percent stake in the company to turn over copies of the alleged contract.

Facebook said it wants Paul Ceglia to produce the hard copy documents described by Ceglia's lawyer, Paul Argentieri, and to provide a sworn declaration attesting to their production or the circumstances of their destruction.
