ConEd Tells 2nd Circ. Negligence Felled 7 WTC On 9/11

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 2:52 PM EDT) -- Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc., whose power substation was destroyed in the collapse of a Manhattan skyscraper on 9/11, told the Second Circuit on Wednesday that negligence by the building’s contractor — not the terrorist attacks — caused its property and insurance losses.
