Ex-Booz Allen Exec’s $23M Suit Over Carlyle Deal Tossed

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 3:04 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge ruled Monday that a release signed by a former Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. executive barred his allegations he was cheated out of $23 million in so-called shadow stock compensation after Carlyle Group LP paid $2.5 billion for a stake in the consulting firm.
