Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge on Thursday said Glaxosmithkline LLC could not be held liable in connection with woman who stabbed her husband to death while on a generic version of its antidepressant Paxil, since she did not consume any drug actually manufactured by GSK.
