Ex-REIT Employee Admits To Kickbacks In Billing Fraud Case

Law360, Chicago (September 10, 2012, 1:45 PM EDT) -- A former employee of a real estate investment trust on Monday admitted he accepted kickbacks to help defunct general contractor Krahl Construction score contracts, becoming yet another defendant to plead guilty in the case over an alleged multimillion-dollar billing fraud.
