DARPA's Cyberwarfare 'Plan X' Draws Big Contractor Response

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 10:56 PM EDT) -- Citing an "overwhelming and unanticipated" number of contractor responses to a pre-solicitation notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has pushed back a planning meeting for the agency's foray into real-time cyberwarfare.
