Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Monday affirmed a lower court's decision that sided with a group of online travel companies led by Hotels.com LP in a suit brought by several Ohio cities claiming they failed to pay local occupancy taxes on the hotel rooms they sold.
