Disney, Fox Tell 2nd Circ. To Zap 'Percy Jackson' IP Case

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 3:56 PM EDT) -- The Walt Disney Co. and Twentieth Century Fox Corp. pressed the Second Circuit on Monday not to revive a suit alleging they stole the idea for the “Percy Jackson & The Olympians” book series and movie from two book authors.
