Defense Co. Can't Sue Over End Of Air Force Contract

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Monday tossed an action brought by a defense contractor who accused the government of suddenly ending its contract for work on an Alaskan Air Force base, finding the contractor lacks standing to continue the case because its contract has expired.
