NJ City Wrongly Denied Developer's Clinic Plans, Court Says

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 9:24 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Tuesday that the city of South Amboy, N.J, erred in refusing to allow a drug rehabilitation clinic to be established in a site formerly occupied by the South Amboy Memorial Medical Center.
