Cracker Barrel Can't Get Coverage For Bias Suit, 6th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 3:55 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Monday that Cincinnati Insurance Co. had no duty to cover Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. in a class action filed against it by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, saying the claim fell outside the policy period.
