Anschutz May Doom SIV Claims Against Morgan Stanley, Others

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 10:03 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday said she may dismiss negligent misrepresentation claims against Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and other rating agencies in a shareholder suit over the collapse of structured investment vehicles, citing the recent Second Circuit decision in Anschutz Corp. v. Merrill Lynch & Co.
