Audience Member Sues 'Martha Stewart Show' Over Injuries

Law360, Los Angeles (September 12, 2012, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A woman who attended a taping of "The Martha Stewart Show" and her husband have sued the lifestyle guru's television program and media company, claiming she suffered permanent disabilities after production staff struck her with equipment on the show's set two years ago.

Cheryl L. Turko and her husband Stephen J. Turko filed the personal injury lawsuit in New Jersey state court on Sept. 5, claiming Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., "The Martha Stewart Show," Chelsea Television Studios and others are liable for the severe injuries...
