Ford, Edgewood Settle Dispute Over Tainted Concrete Cleanup

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. and real estate developer Edgewood Properties Inc. have agreed to settle long-running litigation over the disposal of contaminated concrete from the automotive giant's defunct assembly plant in Edison, N.J., according to an order filed on Tuesday.
