WTC Cleanup Workers' Liaison Loses $1.87M Fees Bid

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 8:35 PM EDT) -- The former special liaison to a group of cleaning and repair workers injured in the World Trade Center cleanup after the 9/11 attacks lost her bid to recoup $1.87 million for her work in the case after a New York federal judge ruled the request as "grossly excessive" during a hearing Wednesday.
