NJ Contractor Gets Probation For School Contracts Fraud

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey contractor who admitted to inflating school construction contracts and bid-rigging for multiple school districts as part of a broader scheme led by an engineer was sentenced Thursday to one year of probation.
