'Percy Jackson' Copyright Suit Doesn't Fly: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 4:49 PM EDT) -- Just days after oral arguments, the Second Circuit on Thursday tossed two authors' claims that Rick Riordan's best-selling "Percy Jackson & the Olympians" book series and movie infringed their books, upholding a lower court's ruling the books were not substantially alike.
