Ex-CCI Sales Chief Gets Home Confinement For Foreign Bribe

Law360, Los Angeles (September 13, 2012, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The former head of sales for California-based valve manufacturer Control Components Inc. on Thursday was sentenced to 13 months of home confinement and ordered to pay a $20,000 fine for making an illegal payment to a Chinese business as part of a multimillion-dollar foreign bribery scheme.
