Bausch & Lomb Contact Lens Patent Settlement OK'd

Law360 (October 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has approved a settlement agreement between contact lens maker Bausch & Lomb Inc. and patent-holding company Rembrandt Vision Technologies LP, putting to rest part of a patent suit that Rembrandt filed two years ago over soft contact lens technology.
