4th Circ. Says Dollar Tree Sex Bias Claims Time-Barred

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 8:31 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Thursday refused to revive a putative class action accusing Dollar Tree Stores Inc. of underpaying female managers, saying the statute of limitations for the plaintiffs' Title VII claims kept running after they tried to add them to a parallel Equal Pay Act suit.
