Ex-Lady Gaga Employee Dodges Sanctions In OT Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 4:46 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Thursday to sanction Lady Gaga’s former personal assistant whose attorney in an overtime lawsuit spoke to the media about the pop singer’s confidential deposition.

U.S. District Judge Paul G. Gardephe denied a motion by Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, to sanction her former assistant Jennifer L. O’Neill. The plaintiff’s attorney, Paul F. Millus, gave an interview to celebrity news site Celebuzz in August in which he spoke about Germanotta’s six-hour deposition.
