OneLink Again Fails To Shake TV Rival's Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A Puerto Rico federal court on Thursday again rejected a challenge to allegations that OneLink Communications used frivolous litigation to stifle a competitor's attempt to launch a cable TV system, finding the plaintiff in the instant suit demonstrated sufficient injury.
