Plaintiffs' Firms From Zyprexa Case Seek More Fees

Law360, New York (October 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two years after a $690 million settlement was reached in the multidistrict product liability suit over Eli Lilly & Co.’s blockbuster drug Zyprexa, four law firms that represented the plaintiffs have petitioned the district court for $4.2 million more in fees and expenses.
