Feds Must Reveal Alleged NYC Comptroller Straw Donors

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 3:02 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday ordered prosecutors to identify up to 40 people who they claim made illegal campaign donations to New York City Comptroller John C. Liu, handing a pretrial victory to two figures charged with arranging the funds.
