DHL Again Skirts Contractors' Fuel Surcharge FCA Suit

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday threw out a qui tam suit brought by two former contractors accusing DHL Express USA Inc. of violating the False Claims Act by overcharging the U.S. government for package deliveries, finding the plaintiffs failed to timely contest the shipping rates.
