Law360, Los Angeles (September 17, 2012, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Television show producer Byron Allen was sued for $35 million in California state court Friday by a rival producer who claims he, and not Allen, owns the rights to make a biopic about Hollywood icon Sammy Davis Jr.
