Potentially Massive Wells Fargo FLSA Class Certified

Law360, New York (October 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge on Wednesday granted certification to two collective classes that could swell to 30,000 members, in the nationwide litigation brought by home mortgage consultants against Wells Fargo & Co. for allegedly improperly classifying them workers as exempt from federal overtime wage requirements.
