TD Ameritrade Kept Credit Reports Tied To Firings, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 1:32 PM EDT) -- TD Ameritrade Inc. on Monday was targeted with a proposed class action led by a former software developer who alleges the company violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by not providing him with credit and background check reports used in his firing.
