Marvel Tells 2nd Circ. 'Ghost Rider' Writer Gave Away Rights

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Marvel Enterprises Inc. on Monday told the Second Circuit not to revive copyright claims over its “Ghost Rider” character lodged by a comic book writer, arguing they were untimely and that the author had signed over his rights to the character anyway.
