Dukes Nixes Class Cert. In Option One Race Bias Case

Law360, Los Angeles (September 18, 2012, 9:11 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday decertified a class of black borrowers who claim they were charged more than whites in obtaining Option One Mortgage Corp. home loans, saying a class action was now improper under the U.S. Supreme Court's Dukes decision.
