Milberg Clients Denied Class Cert. In Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 1:14 PM EDT) -- A group of investors accusing Milberg LLP of legal malpractice for missing a key deadline in their securities suit against an American International Group Inc. subsidiary lost their bid for class certification Tuesday, after a judge said they failed to address a key choice of law question before the certification deadline.
