Ben & Jerry's Sued Over 'All Natural' Ice Cream Claims

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc. may be famous for using hormone-free milk, but carton labels claiming the ice cream is "all natural" are false, according to a new consumer fraud class action suit filed Wednesday in New Jersey federal court.
