Samsung To Rope IPhone 5 Into Apple Smartphone Patent War

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 2:41 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. told a California federal court on Wednesday that it planned to add the iPhone 5 to a list of allegedly patent-infringing Apple Inc. products in an ongoing intellectual property dispute between the technology companies.
