BP Escapes $20M Suit Over Contaminated Gas Station Deal

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 1:31 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday granted summary judgment to BP West Coast Products LLC in a $20 million fraud suit over environmental damage at a gas station property purchased from BP, ruling that buyer Pyramid Gold Inc. was properly informed of contamination before the sale.
