CIT Tells Commerce To Revisit Chinese Furniture Duties

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 8:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade told the Department of Commerce on Wednesday to explain its use of zeroing and revisit several other aspects of the results of an anti-dumping duty review on Chinese furniture, ruling on challenges from Home Meridian International Inc. and others.

Judge Jane Restani's decision to remand the results of the fifth review on certain wooden bedroom furniture from China came in response to challenges from Dalian Huafeng Furniture Group Co. Ltd., Home Meridian and others.
