Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 1:38 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday awarded the sponsor company for the beleaguered Mark Hotel apartment complex a down payment of $4.68 million by a prospective tenant who backed out of the deal and ordered her to pay defense attorneys' fees of $475,000.
