Deal Talks Fail In Sony Copyright Spat Over Shakira Tune

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 4:58 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday ordered a music licensing company and Sony Corp. of America back to the drawing board after the two failed to reach a settlement in mediation in a copyright spat over a song Sony released on Shakira’s album "Sale el Sol."
