Chipotle Springs Trademark Suit On Jack In The Box

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 8:05 PM EDT) -- Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. on Friday slapped Jack in the Box Inc. with a trademark suit in Colorado federal court, accusing the fast food outfit of infringing its “chipotle” marks in order to sell chicken sandwiches in Jack in the Box restaurants.
