Law360, Wilmington (September 21, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The Delaware Supreme Court on Friday unanimously denied Grupo Mexico SAB's attempt to reduce the $304 million fee awarded plaintiffs' attorneys in a shareholder derivative suit against the mining company over a questionable merger, finding its motion for reargument barred by state law as well as lacking merit.
