Costco Can't Prove Losses From LCD Sales, Judge Says

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 4:07 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Saturday struck down Costco Wholesale Corp.'s bid to recover lost sales from several electronics makers embroiled in multidistrict price-fixing litigation over liquid crystal display screens, finding the retailer couldn't adequately prove its proposed damages.
