Judge To Adjust Ruling In NYU's Dispute With Dorm Landlord

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday said he will likely tweak his order over how much damages a landlord could seek from New York University for alleged dorm damage, keeping some of the disputed issues before himself instead of sending them to a special referee.
