Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Citing a 2010 change to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Office of Special Counsel has negotiated a settlement with the U.S. Army on behalf of a Wisconsin National Guardsman who lost his job to so-called in-sourcing, the office announced Monday.
