Texas Open Meetings Act Constitutionally Sound: 5th Circ.

Law360, Dallas (September 25, 2012, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday upheld Texas' Open Meetings Act in a ruling that dozens of national media organizations said was essential to allow them to continue their watchdog role by scrutinizing and reporting on the conduct of elected officials.
