6th Circ. Nixes Most Of Ex-Chrysler Execs' Benefits Suit

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 8:01 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of the bulk of a putative class action lodged by former Chrysler executives over retirement benefits they claim were lost during the automaker's bankruptcy due to mismanagement, but revived an age discrimination claim.
